Cancellation terms shown upfront, before you pay.
Cancellation and refund terms are set by the carrier and depend on the fare you choose. We show them on each ticket before you pay and again in your confirmation email — the flat €2 booking fee is the only part that is never refundable.
Before you pay
Every fare's cancellation terms are printed on the ticket you're buying — refundable or not, and until when.
If plans change
Send us your cancellation request and we pass it to the operator and follow up on your behalf.
If the operator cancels
We notify you by email so you can rebook or request a refund under the carrier's conditions of carriage.
